Everyone daydreams. It’s a normal process that happens to everyone. But some people daydream more excessively than others. According to the Maladaptive Daydreaming Test, certain telltale signs work to determine if your daydreams are unusual.
In most cases, casual daydreaming is not an issue, but when it starts to hamper the quality of your everyday life, it can become a problem. This is mainly because people who suffer from maladaptive daydreaming (MADD) can fail to differentiate their real lives from their fantasy lives.
